While our AMC Source team represents over 50 combined years of event planning, each new season of conferences, meetings, and retreats is just as exciting as the last. In Q4 of 2023 and Q1 of 2024, AMC Source facilitated meetings and events in 16 different cities across the United States and Canada. These cities include Alexandria, VA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Montreal, Quebec; Tampa, Florida; New Orleans, Louisiana; Atlanta, Georgia; Washington, D.C.; Louisville, KY; Chicago, IL; Austin, TX; Santa Fe, NM; Portland, OR; Carlsbad, CA; Baltimore, MD; Seattle, WA; and St. Louis, MO.
During this period, our team noted a continued increase in the number of meetings that associations are having as well as an increase in attendance. Our meetings and events team has been working closely with organizations to be more creative in terms of planning, budgeting, and results.
