Abi Mbaye has joined AMC Source as the team's newest Social Media and AMS Coordinator. She obtained her B.A in English and Africana Studies as well as her B.S in Public Health at Tulane University. Abi also earned her M.A in English at Tulane University and is finishing her second M.A in African Studies at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). As a student activist and community organizer, Abi’s work primarily centers around racial justice and ending all systems of oppressions. She has done much work in the area of racial health disparities and hopes to continue doing this work in the medical field once she earns her M.D.
Abi's work at AMC Source will include management of social media services and administration of Association Management Systems for excellence in engagement and recruitment.
